There are a number of good AI traffic developers, the trick is to know where to start.
The easiest way to get started for newbies (I'm assuming you belong into this category or else you wouldn't be asking) is to use World of AI.
(Members of the Flat Earth Society will tell you differently -- your choice.)
Everything you need to know is clearly and plainly explained on their site.
Once you've exhausted the diversity of the WOAI's creations you can add AI traffic by other developers, no problem. 🙂)
