a quick wuestion
i see all these pictures with fs 04 and some have their plane doors open and stairs etc etc, do u need an extra package for that or is it hidden somewhere in the default flight simulator, enlighten me someone please.

It's not a part of fs9. They're all add-ons. In the case of freeware, the file description tells you about doors and stairs. In the readme file when you install you'll be told how to operate those various parts. 😉
Most aircraft doors are opened by pressing Shift + E
Stairs are a different matter,if the aircraft has them you will have to assign a keystroke to them via the settings page in fs(most seem to be the "tailhook" key)
