any 1 know where i can download fsuipc v3. i need this so i can get active sky wxre 1.9 to works with fs 2004

Not the exact file version but a newer release. There are newer versions out there as well if you want to go for a more recent updated version. This is V 3.1

when i downloaded it i have message sayying fs2004 not compatable with fsuipc and i have 2 delete it for fs to work again

Get the latest one from Dowson's site. I don't think 3.1 is compatible with FS 9.1
