I'm assuming your talking about your profile.
You should set it at "-8".

If you become active in real aviation, you will use GMT (Grenwich Mean Time) a lot. It is the world standard for defining time and is used in flight plans, military mission planning, and a myriad of other ways. It is also referred to as Zulu time and if you see time notations such as 1000Z or 1500L, these refer to 10:00 AM, Zulu time and 3:00 PM, local time.

As Radarman pointed out, Zulu time is 8 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time and 7 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Savings Time. The adjustment varies depending where you are in the world.
