IS THERE MULTIPLAYER IN FLIGHT GEAR OR WHAT!

I've been tryin to get the freaken multiplayer to work on this game, and i could be wasting my time because i dont even know if there is multiplayer in this game but PLEASE some one write me back and let me know, i've been tryin to get it to work with my IP address but i have no luck, if there is a multiplayer please five me a brief discription of how it works.

These look like FS2004 im talkin about FLIGHT GEAR the free download off the site. does that have multiplayer?
