Chief Captaini'm still debating whether or not to purchase this plane. every review says it's wonderful, but i've never paid for a plane before so i'm a little wary. mainly i was just wondering is it perhaps a little outdated? does other, newer payware (of similar type) out-class it?
p.s. does anyone know if there are many lancair planes around? i've only found one 😞

toptip: when searching for anything to do with flightsim, put 'fs2004' after the subject 😀

Chief CaptainSeems to be addressing a niche market, not many fly the "Extra" in FS, hence not too much talk about it in the forums. The reviews sound very positive, but so do most.
It wouldn't surprise me if many enthusiasts are reluctant to buy updated add-ons, considering the abundance of excellent payware available.
I find it odd that the 'Screenshots' page is empty.

i only found this because you pointed me to the superb decathlon - which was great fun and superb quality. i've also been loving the lancair legacy for the last month - and this seemed like a good combination of the two, with apparently the best virtual cockpit you'll ever see. decisions, decisions...
