How can Ipermanently lower my F1 C172's seat by one notch?

I know by pressing shift+backspace to lower the seat, but how can I change it in the cfg file to make it permanent?

the view position is set in the panel.cfg under [DEFAULT VIEW] - it's very easy to edit.
