Traffic 2005 MDL Files, how to add them

hello i have jus been given the traffic 2005 files for flight simulator 2004 and i was wondering how you added them, the file i have recieved is an mdl file could someone help me out please?

no i have bought the disk but the autorun wont work on it so i had to take the files of the disk is that a disk problem?
If the auto run won't work.
Double click "My Computer" icon.
Double click the "D" drive (your CD drive, the one with the disk in it).
When it opens hit the execute or install icon and it will install it self as you follow the instructions.
