MSFS 2004 in window mode?

Hello everyone, im new here, but please help me, how do i get Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 in window mode, so i have this menu Bar in the top?
I know how to do, but cant remember it 😞

Thank you, that works, but i know there is another comand with alt + "something like F11" or so, and then you can have permanent window mode, when you hit only "alt" the bar shows up and hide again?

Alt+Shift puts you in the Window mode and back again.

When I press Alt to just get it up temparily it pauses the game. I would prefer if it didn't

It couldnt.
Alt offers you some choices in order to change FS settings.This couldnt be done without freezing FS.
