Most of you probably aren't interested in this, but when I was flying an HJG DC-8-62 something very strange happened.

I was just flying along when my dad asked me to close the windows in the next room. Instead of pausing FS, I thought I would turn autopilot on. I had only been out for 5 seconds, but when I got back the plane was facing directly downwards, and was spinning around extremely quickly, and the climbing and descending even more quickly.
Sorry I wrote so much, but i'm not very good at explaining things!

Yes I was climbing.

Could have been that you were trying to maintain too higher climb rate so you stalled and spiralled to the ground 😉
