I just bought Ultimate Terrain (USA and Europe)! Man these own!

I just went through Flight1's website and found out about Ground Enviornment, which enhances your mesh copmlexity, as far as I know. I have 2 questions about this GE:

1) Does it have textures as well or only land-mesh data?
2) If I install it, with UT already installed, will it clash with Ultimate Terrain?
