http://www.wspilots.com//?page=4&action=file&file_id=1154 found this has 79 paint jobs but it wont show up ,wheres my root file?as that where it goes

Right-click on the FS icon on your desktop or in the MS Games section of "All Programs" and click on properties. The FS root directory is everything to the left of fs9.exe (without the leading quote).
