The only freeware -600s available for fs9 are by Simubuild. ➡

The above link contains plenty to try out, but there are -500s on those pages as well.
The Emirates is a complete package but it's a -500.

If you can't find a complete -600, do what I did, get d-aihk.zip and add Panel and Sound of your choice... easy. ➡

Once you've got that one up and flying, you can add other textures, plenty of them floating around.
