can somebody give me the link to the messages where problems with fog on the weather download was experienced and work-arounds/fixes were discussed ❓

My dad's just got broadband and I am using the weather download in both fs02 & fs9 but found I am getting the fog problem in fs9, despite the weather outside my window being nice!

HELP❗
