options menu

I cannot find the OPTIONS menu. I want to replay my flights using the instant replay or video recorder feature I see mentioned. I have looked everywhere. When is the damn OPTIONS menu

Yeah, press "Alt" will pop up the menu bar on the top left of screen, but I cant get it to go away when i press "Alt" again!! Tried 'Esc" key too but it still stays. What gives? Is this a bug? Or is there a special key to deactivate the menu bar? ❓
