Can't Communicate In Multi Player - Flight Simulator X (Multiplayer)

I have my mic up full & it works when I device test it on my PC. I can hear everyone, but it appears that no one can hear me. What am I missing?

Okay... its possible that you are on the wrong Radio Freq, you can change it in the cockpit 😉
