Problem with FSUIPC and Windows Vista

Turns out that all I needed to do was to reinstall FS9 with UAC (User Account Control) turned on. God knows what it did, but it works lol

I've read a lot about the 'Virtual Nagging Nanny' - or User Account Control as Microsoft calls it.

Maybe the idea is NOT to install FSX into Program Files. We'll keep an eye on that for the future
