I may have asked this in another topic but not as a subject. I'm hoping to get help.
FSX works fine except for the black plane.
Any ideas?
It does not do this when playing....
Weird.. right?

I really don't understand how this could happen. I just installed it last night. How do they get corrupted.

I just got off the phone with Microsoft. They said this was a known problem that began back in the 2004 version.
He gave me instructions which are as follows:

Windows Vista:
Go to start and type - %appdata%
Click Applicaion Folder
Then Microsoft Folder

Click FSX Folder and DELETE fsx.cfg

I guess this file gets rebuilt everytime you start up the program.
I am at work so I will not be able to try this until I get home.

Does anyone out there have experience with this?
