Need some advice on configuring my nVidia 8800GTS 640meg card -
Do these look acceptable????? or are changes needed???

Stop going around telling people to buy a second graphics card when FSX still does not make use of SLI/Crossfire! Please dont post unless it is directly related to the question being asked... settings for a single card, have nothing to do with suggestiong someone go with SLI setup.

The settings look about right... I use Trilinear filtering though, and Im using a 7600GTKO, i dont see why your 8800GTS couldnt make use of it... Question... is your GTS a Superclocked 320mb or 640mb?

My unit is a 640 mg -
I downloaded the latest drive Wed. and my fps dropped by 12 fps. Think I'll roll the driver back......

From your advice, I should turn trilinear optimization "on" -

Thanks so very much "J" - As stated in other posts, I have tweaked, lost notes, forgot what I have done in fsx.cfg - I just need good experienced advice.

If you have time, I have another post this week on "what a "solid tweaked" fsx.cfg should look like.....please take a look and see "if" I've screwed it up/need to add/need to change values.........thanks.........
PS. I did enjoy your last video. Keep up the great work - I sure enjoy it.

No problem.. link me to your other fsx.cfg post... i havent played around with mine too much since SP1, but Im willing to look at yours and see whats up.

If I see something wierd, I will try it on my PC and see what happens... So shoot me the link please.
