Will there by some chance be a DX10 port for windows XP? I just saw a website in google (http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=35110) that says that DirectX 9.L will be a DirectX 10 for XP. Is this true?
Nope or at least not by Microsoft anyway
There'd be no financial point in giving people a reason to stick with XP instead of moving onto Vista
I know that, but is there some chance that somebody will create a DirectX 10 port for XP?
Pre alpha has a long way to go
I'd be suprised if it ever saw the light of day in a stable format

Tried it already. I have this to say about it: Do not under any circumstances use it! It messes up your FSX files and then you have to re-install FSX.
