Hello pilots! I'm having time zone problems and I'd really like to solve them.
I fly for a VA and time zone is really important. I posted a message in my VA forum and they gave me some programs that solve time zone problems. Ok, they are useful, but I want to be able to solve them by hand. Does anyone know how to? A mathematical formula or something?

I'd appreciate any help.
