After i land and shut down the APU or somthing is still running i dont know how to stop it, And where can i get add-on smoke?

How can we tell you what to shut down when you don't know what it is.

First OfficerI mean like when i shut the engines i still hear somthing that kinda sounds like the engines i think it is the APU it sounds like it.
CaptainI think its CTRL-E, but then you can find it on your cockpit panel..... 😎
