Collapsed landing gear?

Hi,

Last night I was flying the King Air 350 into Haines, Alaska and I guess I came in too fast and too steep-- when the nose wheel came down, it gave way and the plane was sliding along on its nose! There was an unpleasant scraping sound, until we came to rest. The view out the front was all runway! It didn't register as a crash, but I couldn't taxi any more. Guess it's time to break out the old Visa card and buy myself a new King Air. 😳

Cool! I didn't it could do that!! 😂
