Fsuipc For FS9 - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Aircraft)

Could somone give me download site for fuipc.? I have downloaded FS Passengers and for some reason it doesnt work in the aircraft. It appears in Select Flight but hasnt transferred to the cockpit. I am assuming that FSUIPC is the problem.
