No Call Sign From ATC After Installing Textures On Windows 7 - Flight Simulator X (Add-ons/Downloads)

Hello Everyone! On my Windows XP machine I have installed textures for both United and Delta Airlines and noticed that ATC announces the airline name and my flight number. But when I installed these same textures in FSX on my Windows 7 pc, FSX does not have the airline call sign for United or Delta and I'm not sure how to add it. Could this be a permissions issue? Has anyone else had this problem with FSX on Windows 7?
