Lesson 3, VOR Navigation help

I have redoing alot of the lessons here to get me ready to fly online (Vatsim). But when im done again with the lessons, i'll still be a little nervous to try to fly on-line.

I am haveing a hard time with ths lesson for some reason. He always says im distracted and ends the lesson .
But my question here is, Can i replay what Rod has told me to do, or ask him to repeat himself?
