G'Day Ihave uploaded 737 Captain to FSX but when I try to fly it comes up with "Aircraft initialisation failure" I know I have to load a patch or paint but cannot understand how. Can anyione help?

Check this out and if it doesn't help look on the right side and contact their support team.

Then I don't know what aircraft your referring to.
From the sketchy description you first gave I just took a guess.
