Yes, but with a better video card you'll enjoy it more.
With a better card you'll get more FPS (Frames Per Second), in other words it'll fly smoother in graphic intensive areas.
I first ran it on a computer that was weaker that yours and enjoyed it.
sorry for the late update but yes that would work. I beouve fs9 worls with all computers and types but FSX is not any of that
