Maybe try disabling mouse tool tips from the FSX options.

I think I unlocked the screen as if I am using Multi monitors. If I right click I get the pop up settings view window if I left the screen moves. How do I lock this view I'm only using 1 monitor

Close out and reboot computer.

Try Windows mode, switch up and back from full to Windows mode and see if that helps.

If I remember right there should be a setting in Windows menu for multiple monitors that you can change to one, try this last.
