❓ can anyone out there help me i can't seem to figure out how to download with windows 10 all the descriptions i've read about are for windows xp and 7

If you are talking about win 10 edge browser there`s a default downloader when you clink on download file a box will open on the bottom were you can open save the file, if opt for save this save the file in the default download folder on windows 10, but you can make your own default download location on a location of your choice, top right of your edge browser click on the three dots/ then settings/ then scroll down click on advanced setting / then scroll down to downloads here you can set the target for download location,
this can be handy if have your pc drives partitioned mine is set to D drive away from my C drive and my OS.
