FSX Toggle Button

Hi Guys Im New Here so sorry if this isnt the right place to post, I have just put together a FSX Panel with Toggle switches but im having issues with turning things off in FSX as I have to turn the button off then on again to turn things off could someone guide me on how I can get past this? thanks!
