HI, im using an Asus rog g551jm with 4gigs of gtx860m,12gigs of ram and core i7-4720HQ 2.6ghz . despite these mid level specs im getting only 14-28 fps on medium graphics. and im using only pmdg 777 and the 747 plus fly tampa sydney and dubai. is there a way i can get at least 30+ fps?

Chief CaptainLock it at 20fps and see if it's better.
FSX runs well at that FPS (FS9 was 30fps).
You are running a graphic heavy aircraft with heavy scenery, that's why most gaming machines are desktops.
