After doing a full install FS 2004 won't start. I just get a small black DOS screen for half a second and then back to the desktop??!
I also tried the nocd patch but then then program says "msvcr70.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette"?????

Have you previously loaded fs9 on that computer or is this fresh
Not sure what msvcr70.dll means but it probably something to do with your graphics card drivers. Check for update at whatever cards site you have

Let us know what your system is for more help ie Intel/athlon, memory size, graphics card etc
