I think that I have found the problem regarding poor fps...
When fs2004 is running, there is an additional process running along side it called ~e5d141.tmp. When I try to shut down this process in task manager, fs2004 automatically and immediately shuts down also. Could this process be causing poor fps in fs2004?? Does anyone know where it came from and how to get rid of it??

First OfficerI was having FPS problems too.Try lowering some of your settings like weather and other stuff.
