Well, although I am not sure why it matters, here it is:

It might be a take-off, because:

a) The photographer says so 😛
b) Flaps are 5 I think, consistent with take-off.

It is not necessary to see a steep angle of attack (no one wants to stall on take off after all), but consider this: The photographer might have tilted the camera a little bit. Maybe he wanted to have the aircraft horizontal and not 25 degrees up. Or maybe he rotated it in photoshop 😉

He also didn't say "right after takeoff" either, so the pilot may have been holding a certain altitude waiting for clearance
