Captaindose anybody here have windows xp media center? if you, is it any better or different than xp home?

Well i have media centre xp, and to be honest i dont use any of the media centre functions, i find them a bit tacky and pretty pointless. for example, i have no desire to watch TV on my computer, thats what i have a telly for, and i have no desire to control my pc with a remote. Also i dont ever use the tv guide function either.
So in my opinion there is no benefit but it is certainly no worse!

Captainso is it basically xp home but you can just watch tv on it and stuff like that
