Relocate The Basic Instruments Panel In The Cockpit View? - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 General)

When landing a jet, the instruments panel uses to be right between the runway and the pilot's eyes.
Is there a way to move it in some less disturbing corner?

Basically you can move the gauges with your mouse pointer. 👍
