Hello,

You probably think that I am requesting a serial. I am not!

Anyway to the point,

I have UK2000 Scenery.

I only have the 16 digit serial code yet to download a UK2000 scenery product you have to have an 12 digit one. How do I find the 12 digit code as I only have the 16 digit one.
