In the interest of tranquility, I'll ignore his attempts at creating chaos. I'll confine my reaction to the unnecessary clutter to yelling at my monitor, rather than posting my objection.

Sometimes, when two people have drastically different views, it is best if they avoid each other. Tailhook obviously prefers a lot less order, structure and discipline than I am comfortable with. Neither of us is likely to change views on that.

I believe I am forced to agree. I'm constantly hearing "Lighten up FEM", but It's just my personality/views on certain issues.
