I just downloaded one and had a look at the files.
You can open/close doors, change the destination sign, turn the lights on and off and yes, you can drive it.

You need a bus driver's licence though. 😀

Load it, it'll show up in your aircraft menu, then you can drive it down the runway onto the streets.
Try it in Las Vegas, you can make a left off the runway and drive to the famous strip.

but if you dont have very good ground scenery like the ground scenery the game came with it wont look rite the street will be a gray blur wont it

I have a Greyhound bus and one day I was barreling down the runway trying to see what it's top speed was and guess what, ... it took off. That's right it flies. Like a pile of crap, but it flies and lands.
