Quick change capability with aerodrome scenery

Most of our favourite airfields, apart from majors, look nothing like the real thing. It is appreciated why-at the design stage. There are 1000s.
High rise buildings sprout on runway centre-line, trees sprout at a point 100 yards off the threshold, the countryside surrounding your local aerodrome has an immense amount of non-existent buildings.
Why not have a facility to remove unwanted buildings (and add other structures) with a simple map and control system for what you want -rather than programs that require C++ experience ?
i.e. An Aerodrome Scenery Wizard.
