I downloaded the Meljet 777-240LR, and then I got some new sounds for it and a panel. The panel is this one: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=777&CatID=fs2004pan
It's the first panel.
The sounds is from here:
http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=777&CatID=fs2004snds&Go=Search
When I copied the sounds into the Meljet's folder, it worked fine. But now, when I copied the panel into the aircraft's folder, and then started up the panel, everything worked fine, until when I look to the left. I can see the window but where the scenery should be it's just grey. It's the same to the rear left and forward left. Also when I switch to Virtual Cockpit view, I can see a line through the middle, and the scenery is visible on the right but it's grey on the left. When I look aroun the VC i can see that the whole left handside is a part of a grey square.
What's wrong? Do I have to edit some file?
I've provided a link to the file: http://rapidshare.de/files/19246988/Pics_of_problem.zip.html
Meljets are quite picky about views as the model incorporates the pax cabin. There was a fix for this just a day or so ago posted at flyaway(do you think I can find it )
I will d/load now and have a look
my graphics looked like that yesterday, i looked outside fromspot view aaand...i was half stuck in a building 🙂
stupid afcad.
I cant even get this panel to show, but the thing you are seeing is the inside of the pax compartment
Still cant find that post but all it was was some adjustments to the panel config file and moving the viewpoint forward
the actual viewpoint should be set in the aircraft.cfg
i'm guessing the panel.cfg sets another - just delete it.
Delete what off the panel.cfg? The whole views section or what?
If you can do without the side cockpit views for now try this
Its not perfect(yet)
1st delete the Views section in the panel config and then copy and paste this ➡
Note delete only the text under Views up untill [Window00]
