TraineeI.ve tried to download the no Cd zip file numerous times. It stops at 99% and then the server times out. Is there a problem with this file?

TraineeDownloaded from the suggested sight. What I got was a .RAR file. didn't know what to do with it. I did manage finally to download the file from this sight. Thanks for the reply.
