What I have done is this: depending on acft used, you can get set up with gear and flaps down, and even the speed brake fully extended, then land on carrier at aprox 140 knots. Taxi to a good parking place and save the flight for future carrier TO's. I have my CFS3 set up to start with my plane at end of carrier runway and I can practice TO's and landings, etc. ...Habu
