There is a little screen in this screen shot how do you turn that screen on I never have been able to turn it on thanks 😀

Try the Flight Engineer's panel. Check the manual too

You mean the TCAS..Hit RD choice from the mutli options panel.
A new window will appears.Turn the left switch and it will works.Keep on mind that you must have enable yor electricity circuits. 😉
