fs9 not starting

i've tried everything (except defraging which i'll try when i hae time) to get fs2004 to start. whats happening is the fs2004 icon thingy when you start it comes up then dissapears. it only started recently and i dont know what to do. im really unhappy 😞
can someone please help. it is greatly aprecciated

Go to your Profile and move the picture from the Avatar control area to the Signature area.

As inconvenient as this may sound, if I were you I'd be tempted to reinstall FS9 completely.

It is possible that an essential file has become corrupted or is missing/deleted.

Of course, I only say this in the abscence of any other solution.

done that and i even cleaned the disc drive itself 😉
