I should receive my copy of FSX and Acceleration by Friday. (finally upgrading from FS2004)

What is the best way to get all of this install installed on a WinXP Pro system?

FSX then SP1 then Acceleration?
Does it matter when I do the activation?

Any tip on must do steps or must have downloads?

FSX > Defrag > SP1 > Defrag > Acceleration > Defrag
