throttle slow or sticks no speed

I've installed fsx on windows 8.1 pro. everything is fine except when i use the throttle to go down the runway the plane goes very slow. sometimes jerking. what's up? how can I fix it?

Try your keyboard.
F2 or F3 or F4.
