Some of my downloaded aircraft once loaded do NOT display the complete Virtual Cockpit.

In the VC view I see the runway and terrain in front of the aircraft and I can pan around; but, there is no dash, switches, controls or other interior displayed.

I posted on this earlier (can no longer find that post here).

I'm running FSUICP v4.955c

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First be sure that the download was made for FSX not FS9.
If it's a FSX then turn down your autogen and clouds. Turn off the AI and shadows.
See if that helps.
