Kneeboard popping up

Every time I fly my FS 2004 the kneeboard keeps popping up.
It is getting irritating. Evil or Very Mad

I used to experience similar happenings with my Sidewinder 3D Pro. The kneeboard, flaps and landing gear would engage automatically at various times. Evil or Very Mad I found that by deleting most joystick assignments, except for brakes, trim and (hat) viewing, it corrected those problems. I figured the button sensitivity on my j-stick base were engaging those functions when I moved it.
